IntellecTechs will provide counseling support services at military installations across the United States. During the contract term of 10 years, IntellecTechs will provide confidential non-medical counseling services to military service members and their families through the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Program. The program addresses behavioral and psychological health of military service members and their families. The MFLC program is one of the most critically important and highly visible programs within the DoD community.
